Due to the relatively limited lifespan of race grade R/C cells, we offer a 30 day warranty on all our cells.

This warranty specifically excludes cells that have been mistreated in any way, including : dead shorting, using incorrect charging methods, overheating, incorrect pack assembly and rough handling.

Signs of battery misuse include, but are not limited to : blistered or melted shrink wrap, dented cells, leaking cells, and burn marks.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty product from Harris R/C, please contact us via email - we will, at our discretion, replace the faulty goods or refund your money.

We are confident that you will be delighted with the performance of our cells. If for any reason you are less than satisfied, please contact us ASAP, and we will do our best to rectify the situation!
